Job purpose summary

Real Time Medical Systems is seeking a self-starting VP of Strategic Partnerships with a history of sales success, and driving revenue through technology partnerships. As the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you are responsible for maximizing potential revenue with health systems, accountable care organizations, and health plans through existing and net new partnerships. This consultative position requires an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to navigate potential partners through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to build relationships with existing partners and their client base. The ideal candidate will possess healthcare sales experience working with different hospital health systems and payers selling to C-Suite and director level executives.  

Duties and responsibilities
 
  • Lead business acquisition with new health system, ACO, and health plans through existing/net new partners 
  • Drive sales of Real Time Medical’s solution and navigate to key decision-makers  
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives 
  • Directly manage the full sales cycle from prospect creation, value proposition, and deal closure 
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers  
  • Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate  
  • Traveling to site visits and trade shows (30% travel)

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

  • Work in home office/remote environment.

Qualifications
 
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience  
  • 10+ years’ healthcare sales experience  
  • Experience with a long sales cycle, while working closely with Real Time’s technology partners on new customer acquisition  
  • History of consistent quota over achievement in highly competitive markets  
  • Strong understanding of shared risk payment models and be able to build projections 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities  
  • Ability to solve problems and communicate within a highly skilled team.
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Working conditions
Position requires 30% travel.
Remote/Work from anywhere work environment

Physical requirements
Remaining in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods.
